Process for bid submissions
Making your bid submission:
All bid submissions must be sent to David Williams at Campbell Tickell via email.
Any attachments being submitted should not be any larger in size than 3MB to ensure they are freely accepted by the recipients email server.
Any personal or potentially sensitive information should be password protected, with the password supplied additionally on a further email. Please email your formal bid submission by 5pm on Thursday 28 February to David Williams on firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have queries on the information contained in this document then please contact David Williams. We will endeavour to respond to any queries within two working days of receiving them.
This will be conducted by our Board over the week commencing 11 March 2019, and those parties who have been successfully shortlisted to progress through to interview will be notified by David Williams of Campbell Tickell, no later than Friday 15 March 2019.
You will be notified if your housing association has been shortlisted by Campbell Tickell. Please do not approach Equity directly during this time.
To ensure consistency throughout the process we will want to carry out site visits to those housing associations who have been shortlisted. These visits will be carried out by a small group of representatives from Equity and will be made up of engaged customers and colleagues from across the Group.
We would like to schedule the site visits for week commencing Monday 1 April 2019.
Campbell Tickell will work with you to confirm a suitable date during this week for a site visit once shortlisting has been confirmed.
Finally, interviews will take place between week commencing 8 April 2019. Notification of your interview date and time will come directly from David Williams at Campbell Tickell.
Equity’s Board anticipate being able to make a decision around their preferred partner by the end of April 2019.
